The call has one job: work out which route fits your business, so neither of us spends an afternoon finding out the hard way.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE CALL
A clear next step either way.
You describe the work that eats your week. We ask a few direct questions: how big the team is, what systems you run, roughly what the repetitive work costs you.
By the end you will have one of four answers:
COACHING
The AI Confidence Session if you are a one or two person business. £250, ninety minutes, at your desk.
AUTOMATION
The Automation Audit if you are a team of three to forty-nine. £650 fixed, on site.
BESPOKE
A scoped bespoke conversation if you are larger or more complex.
NOT YET
An honest "not yet" if automation is not the right spend for you right now. It happens, and it is a better outcome than a project that should not exist.
WHAT TO BRING
Nothing formal.
A sense of the tasks that repeat, roughly how often, and who does them. If you have already used the "Admin Tax" Calculator, bring the number.
